A non-profit, non-governmental civil organization based on a human rights approach that is concerned with the affairs of displaced men and women and forcibly displaced men and women and defends their issues by providing programs based on their needs. The association is based on the idea of the centrality of the rights of male and female survivors of grave violations, which recognizes forced displacement as one of the These violations, as the association will find a platform to demand the rights of forcibly displaced persons, the voluntary and safe return to their original place of residence, and compensation for the harm they suffered, in addition to documenting the violations they were exposed to during the process of forced displacement. The idea of the association is an independent civil project stemming from our feeling of the necessity of having a civil body alongside civil entities that defend the issues of forcibly displaced persons, so that this issue remains a human rights priority and a gateway to any future solution in Syria.
Our mission
Accuracy and integrity: We convey the suffering of displaced persons, male and female forcibly displaced persons, according to the highest levels of integrity, and we seek to achieve their goals and needs according to the circumstances and capabilities available.
Sustainability: Communicating with international organizations concerned with the issues of forcibly displaced men and women to provide support and assistance to them and meet their needs.
Integration: We cooperate with all local and international organizations concerned with the issues of forced migrants and women in particular and human rights in general, so that the human issue is the priority without discrimination based on gender, nationality, religion or sect.
Diversity: Syria is distinguished by its ethnic, sectarian and religious diversity, which is what the future Syria must be built on. Therefore, it will be a home association for all citizens by promoting the idea of coexistence and dealing with everyone with the same vision and goals to be achieved.
Gender equality: The Association believes in equal representation, equal opportunities, access to resources, and decision-making between men and women, and also respects diverse gender identities.
Our vision
The safe and voluntary return of all forcibly displaced men and women across the entire Syrian geographical area to their places of original residence through advocacy and support campaigns, mobilizing public opinion, influencing political decision-makers and ensuring that their voice is conveyed so that it is reflected in any agenda for a political solution in Syria.
